ADIKLA PROJECT
Synopsis
The word adikla means the principle of differenciation in ewe cosmology. The principle is intended to illustrate how each cloud migration story can be different and hence a unique devops approach mindset should guide the company client’s culture and internal organization.

Script
Bank of Odogwu (BOO), is multi-national african company with total assets of $19.2 billion. The board of directors has decided to move the bank’s infratructure to cloud in order to reduce the various cost of exploitation and foster innovation among the newly created DATA SCIENCE team. They would like to seek advice and executive roadmap and change management from djesido consulting.
The Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team is in charge of delivering small bricks of infrastructure as code, in line with the backlog activities and stories which djesido consulting is in charge of providing. The developers are expected to work as a SCRUM team with sprint of two (2) weeks length and frequent retrospective sessions to improve work and project.
The CCoE Devops head team:
Luna has 3 years experience in cloud platform solutions marketing and recently reconverted into Microsoft devops specialist.
Kofi is a Senior Devops engineer with strong experience in Terraform and AWS cloud, he previously worked for a consulting firm. Kofi will serve as product owner inside CCoE.
Akila is a cybersecurity specialist, grey hat, he has a strong Linux background and python programming skills. He will perform stress testing and code validation.
Bank of Odogwu’s CTO, Ozuni is strongly considering outsourcing the migration to an indian firm.
djesido consulting is tasked to come up with a defendable approach to organize workshops inside CCoE and traditional IT department team of BOO. The approach should describe the subscriptions, list of resources to deploy, environments e.g.: dev-testing-prod, continuous deployment lifecycle and tooling, code versioning and acceptance criteria. djesido consulting has two weeks to come-up with a plan.

The approach of djesido, is to define a RACI matrix and the design architecture of the new hybrid cloud platform of Bank of Odogwu.
